Free Trial Class

Boxing Classes are a dynamic hour-long cardio workout that  integrates boxing techniques. The first 30 minutes are dedicated to warm-up exercises, stretching, and repetitive movements to get your heart pumping. The remaining half-hour focuses on mastering the basics of boxing. You'll gain knowledge in your fighting stance, punch combinations, and learn the art of hitting the different bags in our gym.
